Job Description Summary

We are seeking for a passionate and professional business development manager (technology) to join our international team of experts to drive our fast growing startup to the next level.  You will create long-lasting relationships with leading companies in Cambodia and overseas.

You will learn about the latest data technologies and toolsets and work with clients to propose innovative solutions. You will work hard to understand our clients’ transformation needs and work passionately to find solutions. You will be part of a professional sales environment and use technologies, media, multi-channel communications and processes to efficiently and effectively reach your targets.

You will manage the sales cycle, meet with clients, produce contract winning proposals and manage your client accounts effectively for maximum performance.



  • Secure new business with prospects and existing clients in an assigned territory.
  • Execute against territory and client plans to capitalize on market/industry and client opportunity.
  • Keep client information and sales leads up to date in CRM.
  • Develop relationships with key target customers
  • Understand the latest technologies and how they will impact our customers
  • Maintain a strong sales funnel
  • Lead the response to client RFP
  • Develops marketing information used for new business proposals, product specifications, statements of work and systems requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing & Operations to roll out the Sales plan Go-to-Market
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our sales operations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales, Business Development or Partnerships.
  • Must have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge in technology sector is a plus.
  • Ability to develop relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Driven, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft  & Google suite
  • Ability to write knock-out proposals in English
  • Independently motivated for success
  • Self-management attitude to targets and self development
